Wanted to try out relief...but got a few questions..
(1) Is it possible to find hirer that allow "flexible" relief meaning as and when I would like to drive, I will give him say 2 days notice in advance? If yes, how could I source?
(2) What is the idea night timing for relief ? I m thinking Fri and Sat from 8pm to 1am ? Any comment?
(3) What will be the rental for relief? I m looking for auto car only.

Oh ...you are based in the HQ....can I ask you some questions
(1) Taking 25 Aug as first briefing, when do you see the whole recruitment process complete.(
(2) When will the training starts?
(3) Will they be "speeding" up the recruitment process?
(4) Lastly, previously they gone thru an exercise to promote graduates to Snr Officer, is this no longer the practise? Why? Change in policy or not getting the desired results?

IMO, a couple of things to consider...
(1) Need to understand why less people want to join?
(2) How come taking so long to process application for those interested?
(3) Where are the recruitment drives and programs?
(4) Lastly, in fact, most importantly..how to retain the people? Recruit and train but if no retention...all the effort gone into drain.

Ya Attended the CityCab orientation last night...plan to finished the course asap. trying to book the excursion on 20 Jul. Test should be ard 29 Jul. In the training, those question on how do you go from airport to xxx Hotel, Hotel to Chinese Garden etc...Quite challenging for me. Those route could be difficult to memorise.
