2 foreign workers at woodland… 1 sat in front, 1 sat behind… to senoko… knn… this one looks like robbery wor… at senoko as the front one reaching inside his pocket, me shifted my body away and prepare to react liao…. then he revealed a $50 note… scared i no change only nia…haha
1 chinese young man town to sembawang after 12am… reached liao want to pay by UOB card… can’t go through… he says go to MRT atm…. ok… atms all down…. he says if i dont believe can go and see for myself… knn got so heng mah… then he says he will go home and ask his sleeping family members…. he asked me whether need his IC or not… I said no need lah…. me waited 10mins…. thought gone liao…. then he appeared…. heng, but wasted 25mins

comfort merc around there $130 for 24 hrs…
can continue to search… provided this referral just in case u in a hurry to drive…
bad times better to get lower rental cab… less stress and frustration… haha…
cabby income down 20%? recession mah…i hope few taxi companies bankrupt or near there… then maybe under cut rent…. more exciting mah… haha…

i think the courses are run by taxi association, not by taxi companies…
but if you go through comfort/city cab, they have online…. chop chop dun waste time… if attend classes, they like to spend 3 hrs to tell you something that can be finished in 30mins…
and good to buy the $10 training book and remember content well and whack liao…
the difference is if you want to be hirer, some taxi companies got some scheme to offer you rebate of course fee if you sign up through them all the way… like that loh
as long as you sign up and pay the required deposit of each taxi company, u can sign up with all taxi companies if you want… haha

actually i think esp in town, calling is not efficient at all… in fact it wastes time searching and detouring to call pick up location… during peak hours, just to move 2 junction may take u 5 or 10 mins….
street pick up is definitely the most efficient in town….just my experience….
calling is only for those ulu areas without enough cabs….
Meaning, if booking in town got no fee, I confirm wont take… currently even with fee, I already see the pick up location first then decide….
for advance booking even worst… u have to forgo many trips 30 mins before the pick up time… that’s why without the higher booking fee, me forget it totally… currently even with the higher booking fee, me also usually not take… unless it coincide nicely with my location, rest time etc i.e. the best type is b4 6am to airport type of advance booking…

cant let the PRC take away taxi biz from locals!
if i ever take a china accented cabby, i will purposely speak only English or hokkien and then call LTA to complain the cabby…cant bring me to my location lah and waste my time lah and bad attitudes lah…. and disturb LTA few times until they fed up… haha…
this one i confirm will do one… protect my industry mah…. not joking…. haha
Some PRC hawkers earning more than local executives lah.. not to mention some poorer singaporeans…. makes sense mah?
